Ten (10) day return policy if due to Dining Elegance error, incorrect item ordered, size, pattern. However, no returns will be accepted for reimbursement without prior authorization. Upon inspection of an item and the error is discovered, you must contact Dining Elegance via E-mail or telephone with information, at which time you will be given an Return Authorization Number (RMA) to be placed on the outside of
the box in which the incorrect item is returned. No package will be accepted from the carrier without this authorization number.
Reimbursement for authorized returned items will be made in the form of a check within five working days of receipt of the item.
